Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, expect fun choreography, uplifting music, and a supportive vibe from start to finish. All you need to bring is water, clean sneakers, and comfy workout clothes you can move in. And don’t forget to treat yourself after class — our smoothie bar is right here to help you refuel and recover!

Toning, Cardio + Dance

This high-energy class blends Latin-inspired dance with toning and cardio moves to sculpt your body and lift your spirit. Designed by and for our vibrant Hispanic community — but open to everyone who wants to sweat, smile, and move to the beat.

Step Aerobics

This upbeat cardio class blends Latin-inspired music with classic step aerobics moves for a workout that’s energizing, fun, and easy to follow. Whether you’re brand new to step or grew up dancing, you’ll feel strong, welcome, and right at home.

All bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome. We move together, we grow together, and we celebrate every step.
